If use from source (``setup.py`` found), load corresponding ``hgviewlib`` manually shadowing any system wide initialation. This partially revert changes made in 32d191e8504d. This changeset has been initiated by Arne Babenhauserheide <arne.babenhauserheide@fzk.de>
