Improve file list model loading speed
 
The detection of renamed/copied files is now done by the background process (also responsible for diffstat computations) since filectx.renamed() is quite slow, making GUI unresponsive for changesets with large number of impacted files.

hgview intallation notes
=========================

hgview can be used either as a hg extension, or as a standalone
application.

It depends on:

- mercurial (1.0 minimum)
- PyQt4
- QScintilla and PyQScintilla
- mx.DateTime

It is very simple to use ``hgview`` from the hg repository::

  hg clone http://www.logilab.org/hg/hgview
  
  cd <ANY_HG_REPO>
  $PATH_TO_HGVIEW_DIR/bin/hgview

On the other hand, installing ``hgview`` is simply done using usual
``distutils`` script::

  cd $PATH_TO_HGVIEW_DIR
  python setup.py install

Last, you can add the following to your main .hgrc file::

  [extensions]
  view=path/to/hqgv/hgext/hgview.py

  [hgview]
  # your hgview configs statements like: 
  dotradius=6
  # type hg qv-config to list available options
