Revision b0fba8874a4bd6bf4773e6efdbd8fa762e9f05bd authored by Victor Stinner on 20 June 2017, 13:37:24 UTC, committed by Ned Deily on 07 July 2017, 03:27:01 UTC
The current regex based splitting produces a wrong result. For example::

  http://abc#@def

Web browsers parse that URL as ``http://abc/#@def``, that is, the host
is ``abc``, the path is ``/``, and the fragment is ``#@def``.
