Use explicit relative imports in generated Qt _ui.py files - needed for py3
 
Avoid
  No module named 'revisions_table'

The odd leading dot in the name of the fake .h header like
  <header>.revisions_table.h</header>
happens to give the desired
  from .revisions_table import ...
