Fix xml.dom.minidom cloneNode() on a document with an entity: pass the correct arguments to the user data handler of an entity (fix an old copy/paste mistake). Bug spotted and fix proposed by Charalampos Stratakis, initial reproducer written by Petr Viktorin.
