Once all the appropriate packages are installed (devel/py-qt4, textproc/asciidoc, and textproc/xmlto at least), "python setup.py build" works if it runs gmake instead of (bsd) make. I assume this holds for other FreeBSD versions (certainly should for 9.x). :mail: http://lists.logilab.org/pipermail/python-projects/2013-May/003466.html
