This method is broken by mercurial 4.5 since _phaserevs is gone (replaced in some ways by _phasesets but with highly changes in data structures). This this is used only for "reordering when secret changesets are displayed" and hgview lack of maintainers, let's kill this features and not crash with hg >= 4.5 closes #10128080
